Smoking Denied.
In a Controversial Move, the Government has PROHIBITED Smoking at such public places as Bus Stops, Public Loos and Swimming Pools, with effect tomorrow, October 1st. I support this move. No more coughing, spitting and butt littering at these places no more. And disobeyers of these new laws will face a fine of up to $2000. Think People, just Think. A Pack of Ciggies cost around $11.50 and the areas to smoke them are getting less. Small-time Smugglers bringing in contraband sticks, hiding them in car seats, rice canisters, ice packs, bread bags and even in their own undies are getting caught. No Use lar. Give it Up.
And that Picture? That is not a real cigarette, for pete's sake. I don't Smoke, I won't Smoke.
Lunch Break.
I cancelled plans earlier this week to get an iPod.nano. Sure, it's slim, it's small, but it ain't value for money. Instead, I'm getting an iPod:20 (i.e. 20GB iPod). This makes an extra $20 for an extra 16GB (with the special student price). I don't have 5000 songs though. (Well, of course I know there's more to it than song storage.)
I just flipped through the papers and Singapore is gonna hold the Cyber Professional League Games, thanks to China and their worthless game enforcement rules. I don't see a problem with violent gaming, or even plain gaming itself. I mean, China even banned "The Sims 2"! Sure, the game is a little racy, but then what are the ESRB ratings for? It's a Bleedin' SIMULATION game for cryin' out loud!! Dumb! Dumb! Dumb!
Next week are the N*Levels. I have my facts right. Let's all hope I make it through, ya? Good Luck to da rest of yous too.

Weather Observations.
The Sky is Dimming, then brightening, then dimming again.
There are no dark clouds in sight either.
The Amazing Blah.
I don't usually discriminate against sex, age or hair colour, but the concept for the Amazing Race: Family Edition, a.k.a. TAR 8, is rather dumb.
Rules for the previous games did not allow anyone below the age of, like, 18 (or 21, I dunno..) to participate in the race, but now, kids are in the show? I mean, these young racers aren't even in their preteens!! What use do they have except having a small endurance, cuteness and can't stay awake for more than 3 hours in a car? At least make some age limit for 14 or something. I'll definitely be surprised if one of two of such Families (Gaghan and Black[erm, yes. That's their Last Name.]) make it to the top 3.
I have a Team I dislike already. It's the Godlewski Family. They are a bunch of high-pitched whiny women (not girls, mind you, grown women.) who go around screaming "There it is! There it is!" and "Ahhhhh!!". It's the team we can do without. So I'll beg them to be slow.
I used to be a Fan of the show, but Season 7 became sour and I dropped the fanaticism altogether. I now only care who wins. As of now, it's still showing, but I got work to do.

Anne Robinson is a Real ß!t¢h!
Randomised.
If you come around often, you'll notice that the "Links Open in New Windows. Blog Best Viewed in 1024x768" line has been replaced by what I call a random insult, although I will sternly warn that these are just for fun. Refreshing this page will make the randomiser choose another sentence from my list. Enjoy reading them randomly one by one.

Weekend WrapUp.
Hari's coming over on Monday for a rushed crash-course on English by me. Heh.
Something New.
"Sonic the Hedgehog: 15th Anniversary" © SonicTeam/SEGA. Personally-made Animation not for Commercial Use.You might notice the Sonic Channel thing on my sidebar, along with the words, "NextGen", "Riders", "Rush" and "Shadow". Those are Upcoming Game Titles, kids. As a SonicTeam fan, it is my duty to link these important sites to the General Public. Oh, and they are all in Japanese. Originality is Key.
iPod.nano: FUNDamental
I"m saving up to get myself an iPod.nano. It's $438. But a Student Offer should cut that short. I'm 74.2% There. You do the Math if you want to know how much I've saved so Far.

PuffX Remodelled
- Front Page (index.html) Updated.
- Sketchies Page Updated, incomplete.
- hedgehogStyle moved to Sketchies Page.
- Web Button made Available for Linking Purposes.
Yup. I got my Butt up to start the site again after the Fatal Incidents with Virtual PC. I'm no longer dependant on PCs. Yeah!
Hari wasn't in school today, probably because he, and I quote, "believed that he could Study better at Home". Oh Well. His Loss.
School announced that they made the record after all. Approximately 20,000 bottles were linked on Saturday. I don't have much info about it. Sorry.

2006: The Year for Ultimate Gaming.
Image Still from Gamespot Trailer Video Footage. © Gamespot.comI also got the Videos of Sonic the Hedgehog from his upcoming appearance in the game of the same title as his 15th Anniversary in the NextGen Consoles i.e. the PS3 and the XBOX360. Sonic Definitely looks a hell lot sleeker. The Gameplay Graphics are Stunning.
Fallen Short of a Record.
Aww... It looks like my school didn't make it for their record after all. No news that I've heard about the event so far, except those covering the event, not the Record. Channel U said something about 20,000 bottles, 10,000 short of our 30,000 target. Oh Well...
Update: Friday's "HedgehogHugs" Image replaced with updated and final version.

Challenge Defeated.

You Want It? You Got It! Harikrishnan!
This is Fresh from the Tablet! Mwahahaha!!!
Anyways, I think the School may have insufficient PET bottles to complete such a record tomorrow. As mentioned yesterday, My School's gonna rope-link like over the target 30,000, count 'em, 30,000 PET Bottles together and get into the Guinness Record Books. I still find it a dumb Record to set. Dad agrees with me. Hope school don't 'malu' tomorrow. Press people all gonna be there. Wah Kao!

"Tak Boleh Chaboat" (Can't Run Away)
So we have to stay behind with the entire class with the messed up time-table we have.
Today's headlines had 2 bloggers charged for having Racist blogs. Tough Luck. I resent Racial Discrimination.
P.u.f.f.-x.
I had realised that my blog had no proper heading, so I designed one and chucked it on.
The reason why I picked Puff-x.com as my domain was because I wanted to do, or rather upgrade my Powerpuff Girls Fansite. Now it's my personal site and Puff-x.com has no relevant meaning. Well, as of today, it now does. Puff-x is hereby short for...
Purposefully Used For Free Xpression
Cheesy though you think, but I HAD to come up with something. Great Logo Too.
Recyclable Record
The school's gonna do some record-breaking thing. Linking as many plastic "recycled" bottles as the students can bring in to bring in the "Longest Plastic Bottle Chain" Guinness Record. I have no Idea whether there IS a record for such a thing yet, but I find this very dull. Interesting, but not as far as it seems. Singapore is known for weird records like "Longest Popiah" or "Longest Satay Roast". We need something new, something out of the box! Something other countries may not achieve as easily!! C'mon People!!!
Update: New Blog Background. Free Advertising!!!

Storms' a-brewin'

It's only Late-5, but it looks like 8. I predict a heavy storm tonight. Dear Me.
Alrighty, now if you'll direct your attention to yesterday's entry, you may notice that the image had been changed. I modified Sonic's Board and something else I did which I seemed to have forgotten.
Today was back to school. With Chinese and Social Studies at the back of my head, we all thought that we would have them off, like free, nothing-to-do periods. So wrong were we. Miss Yeap took over as usual and taught GEOGRAPHY! I didn't know she could do that! Chinese Teacher's off for the week, so no worries there. (Whoa, Lightning just flashed.)
I went for a dinner yesterday, had the time of my life. I may never judge a restaurant by it's outdoor appearance again.
oop! 1800hrs! time for The Simpsons. seeya.
Update: "Sonic the AirRider" Image replaced with updated and final version.

A (nose)Hair-raising Experience!
On yesterday's note on my new infatuation with SonicRiders, I decided to do myself a favour and draw Sonic as he's gonna appear in SonicRiders in months to come. I did it with only the trailer as reference. Tough.

I love it. This one looked better than my other one with a dull background (here)
I would put it in my hedgehogstyle section, but I'm so lazy...
Dad's back from Bangkok. No GBA cartridges. Sigh. Guess LOTR:Third Age will have to do for now...

That Swift Blue Streak.

The Upcoming Game is somewhat an Xtreme "Air Rider" Hoverboard Racing Game with Sonic and Team against Eggman's Minions. Friggin' Cool.
See Trailer Yourself (Not Linked to this Site)
A NextGen Sonic has been Announced too, for the XBOX360 and the Playstation3 slated also for 2006.
All I know is that I just want Sonic Rush for my DS. That's all I'd ask.

mini obsolete, nano takes over.
My sister has informed me that the iPod.nano has been announced. Ubercool.
It's "Impossibly Small", simply put. Apple has also, of course, erased the iPod mini from their Family.
Good this came through, otherwise i would have bought something that was imminently obsolete.
Apple also brought in iTunes 5 Today, go Check that Out.
Dad has been off to Thailand for a business trip for a day now. Really makes you wonder what he's doing now...

Free, though something lurks behind.
I squeezed in all I knew for those 2. I now have my September Vacation to Cool Down and Start up all over for the Second Wave.
Social Studies was nonsense. Why would we care about boats fighting along the NLL for a bunch of crabs!!
Enough of that Crap! (Gasp!) I wanna Relax!

A Phlegmy Situation. (eww...)
Sore Throat, Gas, Mild Nausea, Phlegm, Clogged Ears, Appetite Loss.
I'm showing signs of inconsistent Oxygen Levels or Lethargy because I'm yawning much more than usual.
Oh Dear... Why now? Why now?!
There was a heated Debate Yesterday and in class this morning. Kelvin, a blind guy, actually won channel U's 绝对Superstar. Excuse my crudeness, but he's blind! Yes, yes, determination and all-sorts, but never before did a blind guy become so-called "famous" by Public Vote! It's just plain Weird.
urrgh...must...end...

That weird feeling down your throat.
I'm a fussy person. I've changed the blog's Background Midi 4 times this week. This latest one loops well.
I've always credited the Sequencer for all Midi Tracks heard on this site.
I've been 17 for about 3 days now. I just realised that I've gone Infatuation-Free for more than a year now. Which is good, for less distractions. I've nothing else to say. I'm disturbed by my throat.
Update: Added "Listening", "Watching" and "Surfing" to sidebar.
Teachers' Day: Good for Them, Good for Us.
I won't want to be in School with this weather right now anyway. It's Pouring out there!!
Well, with the Sims 2's Extreme Graphical Capabilities, I managed to Snapshot this out. This Image is supposed to fit full-screen, so think about it. The Image is a wee bit Blur, can't help that. Andrew (Sim in Purple) has gotta be the Coolest looking Teen Sim I've created thus far.Tomorrow's my Maths O*Level Prelims, which is funny because we (the AMaths group) get to go home 3.5 hours earlier than the rest of the class. Simple Stress.
Alrighty. Me Go Back Work Now.
My Sympathy to Fellow Americans Lost during Katrina's Wrath. Mother Nature Got You just like it Got Us.
