The Most Important Rule in Buying Console Games from Retail Outlets: "Don't be a Prat and go buy such game titles from Major Department Stores."
That is very True. "Sonic Rush", probably my most wanted game of all time, is a friggin' $79.90 at Toys "R" Us, which I grossly underestimated, this afternoon at the Suntec Outlet. However, Shops in Urban Malls (Mega Multimedia) was sellin' them at a comforting $68. BUT! Game Shops in the Heartlands have them cheaper still. $58.
Though not in stock (coming in at week-end), it's always best to research. The Dankest Place may always be the Answer.
This means, I'll be getting my hands on a copy soon. Yeah!
In "Site Updates" today, the Hopeless Optimism page has been redone with a next/back format. I'll be renaming that page again, later today. Also, if you haven't noticed, Anti-RightClick Scripts have been implanted throughout the website, except in the Downloads page, where right-clicking is a must. I know these aren't foolproof, but it gives the guilty consciences a tickle.

Microsoft has started the war with their XBOX360, I would say, rather weakly. With a couple of games missing, it is rather unstable. Sony and their sexy Playstation 3 and Nintendo's mysterious Revolution are still holding back (probably to watch what Microsoft can do with a Next Generation Market). I'm a Playstation guy. And I'm impressed with what Sonic can do on it. Besides, Microsoft is so "Americanish" and the Japanese are Tech Kings. I think Sony's Playstation and Nintendo's Revolution may be great successes.

The Flash intro navigation is doing well. I'm gonna bring back the missing FlicCritic page, "Flix" in short. I plan to redo the Art/Sketchies Page. You might have noticed the music track from this blog has been removed. Reason? Because the Song gets interrupted whenever you go some page else, like my faulty archives, for example. You're still hearing it, yes? That's because the track's in the Flash IntroNavi. Why am I stating the Obvious? Oh yes, there's a click-switch to turn the sound off.
I friggin' overslept today. I rarely get up past 10. Perhaps I was really beat. But If i never did wake up late, I would never have Known that Kids Central was showing some Extreme Retro. "The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog" was on at 1030 today. That was when Tails was Brown. Eww...

I've created a Flash Navigatio-type intro on the index page. Go See It if you Missed it on your Way in. I didn't spend 4 hours on that just so you can miss it!!
I was thinking of adding a music track to it but that's too soon. The Basics will do for now.

I found a better way to post Comics. I just type in the code. I don't have to do it through Blogger's Image Attach thingy anymore.

Got to school today, saw piles of Black Rubbish Bags. Didn't care. My friends came along and got curious.
Those bags contained all our books from our lockers. The School did a huge cleanup yesterday. My locker was locked, thankfully.
People don't appreciate their stuff. They can keep Awards and Health Booklets in their Lockers and let it be thrown away during Clean Up Day. Most likely these students won't be returning; especially for those graduating levels.
I got me The Da Vinci Code, I don't read it, but it's Free. Got some book called "The Runner", along with a "Low Fat" Cookbook and a Chinese Dictionary. I took Fresh, Good-as-new Files too.
To those Who didn't attend the Classes? Their Loss, literally. Those books are all gonna get thrown out tomorrow.
Tomorrow's the Final FINAL day of school. Damn remedials. No one attends them.
It's only the 6 of us in the Chinese Class. I'll admit it's a lot more peaceful too.
These few days, it seems that there isn't much to write about. I'm currently way behind on Hopeless Optimism, with 3 ideas pending to be drawn out.
I'm currently doing a new index page for Puff-x. It's gonna be on Flash. I don't know about the rest of the site though. I'm definitely sticking to the Blog's HTML. Maybe I can use Pop-up windows or something.

Today's the US Release of 2 Great Games. Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic Rush, of which I'm getting Both. Yeah! Finally, the Time has Come!

For one, my monitor's busted, or "busting", as it ain't really busted yet. The problem? It's either my 6-year-old LG Monitor or my Mac Mini. The Screen's Display is folding in, literally. So Until that's fixed, I can't do more "Hopeless Optimisms" and if I ain't got nothing fixed by the 21st, that's it.
Hahaha... "Waterboy" Funny...Hahaha...
Another Thing, my Fuel for this Domain got clogged up. The CredCard's Got Expired. That's cleared now. Thanks to Aplus's Extremely Efficient Support Services. It's True Dammit! I've never seen an email response come in so fast.
In other news, My FRIGGIN' EXAMS are ALL OVER!! I'm Finally FREE!!

Remember the new thing I was planning? I got a title for it and it's done!
The hardest part was probably doing the hair. I suck at drawing hair. Names? Well. although it ain't stated yet, it's on my .psd file over the layers. I'm naming the Asian-looking guy, Daniel, after a great friend of mine (No, he no dead yet.). The Other guy is J.D., as in JuDacris. Yup. I'm somewhat gonna be in this strip. I'm planning this to go on a Weekly basis, as soon as I'm on vacation.
"Hopeless Optimism" was actually the best I could come up with. I was gonna go with "Accidentally on Purpose", but nah. Enjoy!

Something's wrong with our Newspaper deliveries. The "Extras" that appear weekly on Tuesdays to Thursdays have gone missing. I mean, it's not there when we bring it in. Petty Theft or Human Error? Whatever it is, we sure ain't getting a total bang for our buck. Someone has to do something.
Meanwhile, over at homestarrunner.com, it's annual Halloween special is up. Go knock yourself out.
Well, my folks are officially back from Hong Kong, tired but happy. I scored the Teen Titans Game. No More Friggin' LOTR for me no more. I've completed 4 stages as of 2pm this afternoon. It's Really Cool playing it on an ACTUAL portable system, instead of playing it on my Mac (Well, actually, this game CAN be found online but it's f**ked up. Bad Sprites.).
Who's a player of "Nintendogs" and needs a heck of a lotta gifts from walking yer dog? I checked a GameFAQ (sorry, go find it yourself. I'm not supposed to "link" to it, apparently.) and it's says that there's a site that shows every present spot on the map. Walk over one even if it's not there and chances are that you'll get up to a 50% increase in Present Collection! I got 3 invisible presents during my first try!
