It be upon us.
Notice Anything Different? Yeah, new Headers for everything except the downloads page which I've yet to do.
The Blog header is still similar, but the Sketchies and hOP headers are never-before-seen. I'm having trouble with the Sketchies one. It doesn't stick to the browser's ceiling, unlike the header on this and the hOP page.
I love cute stuff. Thus, I'm pronouncing ロコロコ (LocoRoco™) to be the Cutest Game Ever. I played the demo. It's a game involving only 3 buttons on the PSP (L, R and Circle). So you hit the shoulder buttons to tilt the landscape and let this cute yellow blob roll around. Let it eat red flowers and it grows bigger. Hit the Circle Button to split it into the amount of blobs you have in the game. So it's just a blob, what makes it cute? The music. The dang thing actually sings over and over again in a cute unintelligible vocal while you roll it around. Fun.
and Tomorrow's May. Shocking how time flies. I don't care much about the elections because it ain't my turn yet. I'm more focused on the impending Mid-year Examinations.

End of the World?
Which idiot ever said that Comets would smash us to bits? We don't need that, just bring us freak rains followed by freak sun, then freak rain and so on. oh, and add an orange sky. That's scary enough.
The class saw "The Core" today, in the light of the Natural Disasters theme in da skool. http://www.intuitor.com/moviephysics/ called it "the worst physics movie...ever...". so why did we see it in school, a place known only for education? Friggin' Idiot!
The plot is plausible (maybe in a trillion years), but the movie has no scientific value! Mr "Physics" Peterson was right, we shoulda watched "The Day after Tomorrow". Click the link to see why "The Core" fails the Physics Test. Good God!
I'll end with this pixel art I did. Pretty Good First attempt if I might say so myself.

Thou be Good on Friday.
"But he was wounded for our transgressions,
he was bruised for our iniquities;
the chastisement of our peace was upon him,
and with his stripes, we are healed."
- Isaiah 53:5
Do not mourn that he hath died on the cross for thee. Rather, cheer with joy, for he has resurrected from the grave, two thousand years ago, to be thy King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
Well, it IS Good Friday...
Today feels like Sunday and yesterday felt like Friday, much due to the fact that the school called a half day for the annual Sport Heats.
We're having Great White Prawns tonight, fresh off the grill, the way the Aussies do it. Nothing Better.

We've opened the Windows to Hell!!
Well, not that I'm complaining.
BREAKING DISCOVERED NEWS - Shortly after Apple's 30th anniversary on April 1st, Apple has released Boot Camp Beta, allowing an Intel Mac User to partition his hard drive to squeeze in Windows XP SP2, making life easier for all. The advantage, of course, is on our side. Macs, being relatively safer than the Windows-based PC, are now shifting the market here, with PC users saying that if Windows can run as fast as it does on a PC, then the switch will be made and he'll never get another PC again.
Apple has announced that the application Beta Codename: Boot Camp, will be included in the next version of OS X, Leopard. As of now, the app is a free 83MB download, which shouldn't be a problem for a Mac to handle. Meh.
So sucks to Windows, because we win again.
The Bane of the iPod User.
Whoa, this ain't good. Caught sight of my iPod with eyelash-line scratches! Oh F***! The damn scratches are very noticeable on the backlighted white colour screen! Damn!!
Curse! Swear! Swear! Curse!
Remedies on the net are too costly and the rumours on Brasso as a reverse-psychology abrasive abrasion remover which leaves a perfect, unblemished screen seem too good to be true. I'm gonna have to consult my superiors about this. Why my iPod?!
Old News. Monday was the school's Library Book Condemnation Release Day, where boxes of condemned reading materials are brought out and spread out like a buffet. There were some things I had to consider before I ransacked what's on offer. On one side, it's totally free with no strings attached and a wide range of practical books. On the other, those books are mighty ancient. tracing back to the early school years. I managed to grab 3 practical good-use books. "The Readers' Digest Repair Manual" has to be the best of the lot. Sure, being from the late-70s, it doesn't show computers or CD players (nor an iPod, damn.) but that thing is THICK! Every aspect of Household repair is in that book. It was all FREE. That's what mattered.
Updates
The grossly simple navigations have been replaced with the above along with a horizonal rule. This blog's Blogger Bar has also been removed. The Downloads Page has (finally) been renewed and, due to the aforementioned updates, Hopeless Optimism will be delayed for about 26 to 37 hours.

"Hmm...upgrades..."
As you probably have noticed, unless you came through a backdoor, my index page (or The first page you see when you enter Puff-x.com, in layman terms.) has been designed yet again.
I decided to drop the Flash navigation since it was so small, it became redundant, along with the fact that Flash 8 crashed twice when i tried to make another new navigation. Since I'm better with Photoshop, I decided to go for images.
It's all new, but basically the same. So there.
Happy International Be-a-Prat Day.
