waiting for the train...
Existence: 6605 days Feeling ChaletyYou're probably seeing the new blog UI. Thanks to Dan for the base code.
The image you're see above is one of my most photoshopped images ever made.
I have a fascination with the subway and the brilliant maps that go with them, creating the motive for this design.
I still got things to do, but I'll have to leave them until further notice. Tomorrow is Family Chalet Time! Yay!
I won't be here from tomorrow afternoon to Sunday Morning. I'm gonna enjoy myself.
Guess I'll have to record Robotboy.
Oh, and the 3 Hedgehogs are there as a decorative. The Xbox Live Demo for Sonic Next Gen is out. Curses. Release date draws ever nearer. Enjoy the new blog.

OK "This is the Best Music Video Ever" Go.
This is OK Go's "Here we go Again", done on Treadmills. This is the Actual Music Video.
Now, won't you agree? Perfect Co-ordination, Excellent (my kind of) Music.
Whoever said Music videos needed millions of dollars to produce?
Notice that the Treadmills are working throughout the entire video...I also like it when they "skate".
BEST MUSIC VIDEO EVER.
Artificial Emotion.
I'd thought I do a poem yesterday. No reason. I'm not in love or anything.
Here it is. Yet another piece to the "Random Lines" Collection.

Sure, I used recycled art, but hey. And No, I'm not some sicko either.

We're not a TV Network.
I Dropped the "hideous" logo, whited-out the entire page and slapped on a new design for the new landing page. I had the landing page up a few days ago, just not for public view yet. It's like I had a mental block for the navigation. I had a few bad ideas (Periodic Elements, Subway map, Hidden Words in a paragraph) before I came up with this one. Fuzzy TVs, mainly because I first did the Puff-x.com TV before I did everything else. So, new landing page with rollover HTML magic. Enjoy.

"Dude, Your Calculator is Wack."
Existence: 6592 days Feeling "Meh."I ask you. What is 6548 divided by 7?
You say 935.4282514..., right?
Well, my calculator says it's...
C0.RJ571429
It also changed my 7 to a 6 after messing up my '6548'. How Thoughtful.
My Calculator is on a Low Battery. So any shadows cast on the delicate Solar Cells will mess the calculator up. I've obviously changed the battery so as not to suffer during a mathematics exam. I also have another spare calculator. Thanks for your concern.
The Wii's Pricing and Release date is finally known. America to get it first on November 19th at US$249. Then Japan on December 2nd at ¥25000. Then Europe for £149/€249 on December 8th. Will Wii beat the PS3? That's will be interesting...
And SonicX is back on TV, but I won't be bothered. The Dubbed English version, as I've found out 2 years ago, sucks. So I'm waiting for Japan to show their raw version. Besides, Kids Central missed one episode from where they stopped, so... meh. I feel that 2 seasons would have ended nicely there, but they went to make Season 3, so there's nothing I can do but stand by my decision and wait.

Love! Locoroco!

I did this last week. I love LocoRoco and I love the fact that they're very easy to draw.
This goes into my "Random Lines" Collection on my art page, once I get it done.
I just realised, too, that I've memorised and am capable of singing Linkin Park's "Numb" in it's entirety. No, not now. I'm tired.

CN.
Existence: 6583 days Feeling OkayI haven't blogged much because if I'm not doing work, I'm there by the cable box reliving my Animated Childhood. I got Cartoon Network back, with Nick and to a very, very small extent, the Disney Channel.
Great to have them back to catch up on old favourites like Johnny Bravo, Teen Titans and Fairly OddParents and becoming interested in Robotboy and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. Craig McCracken's doing excellent on that, after he left his Powerpuff Project to start on Foster's. Nice to see a permanent reference to the PPGs in Foster's as well.
CN's timeslots hasn't changed much. It's the same non-power-weekend series on the Weekdays. I wish they could show Hihi Puffy Amiyumi on Weekdays at least once.
Well, it's about 6pm now. Time for my TV show triple clash (Simpsons, Danny Phantom, Duck Dodgers)

Goodbye, Croc Hunter.
Steve Irwin (Stephen Robert "Steve" Irwin) 1962 - 2006
Existence: 6580 days Feeling Crushed.
"The croc hunter
steve irwin is dead.
Sting by stingray."
"Crikey..."
I got this text message from my sis at 1356hrs (although I only saw it only 3 hours later). That was it. There was something pulling in me for the rest of the time while I was out windowing (window-shopping) today.
Reports tell the story of a "startled" stingray that then stung the Crocodile Hunter in the chest as he was filming a documentary underwater. He died of a cardiac arrest soon after. He is survived by wife Terri Irwin and his two children.
His enthusiasm for animals and wildlife is an inspiration to us all. Australia has lost a Legend...
I really thought, "Naw, it's one of those hoaxes." but it's not. He's really gone, just like that.
I never did had a chance to see him in person. I'm just very sad but he died while doing what he did best. His job was daringly dangerous. It was bound to happen, yes, but i didn't want it so soon and like this...
Interesting to note, he loved the Singapore Zoo and had a fear of parrots (because they would bite him).
(As of right now (1858hrs), CrocodileHunter.com is down.)
Back to Earth...
I went out today. Found out my stupid EZ-link (Subway Card thingy) student concession card expired. So now I gotta renew it and had to buy a "Standard (Single-trip) Ticket" like some newbie.
Then, no more Simpsons! My 6pm slot got replaced by "Desperate Housewives"!! I'm not a fan, and I'm not pleased. But at least now i can focus on one channel and watch Danny Phantom. I Hate DH. I just don't see the point. It's all a pipe dream.

A Movie with Meaning.
I watched "Click" last night. My, my. That was a good movie. It wasn't a slapstick "You Can Do It!" Adam Sandler Flick. Okay, maybe the first hour of it was funny but it got serious at the end, touching-serious. A rarity for Sandler Movies. Yeah, family comes First. Got the Review here.
I read a report from Reuters that the British Hedgehog Preservation Society has successfully pushed McDonalds to modify their McFlurry lids because these spiny critters have been tempted into crawling into leftover McFlurry cups because it's contents are sweet and delicious. Then they get trapped and die of starvation. Why am I mentioning this? Isn't it obvious? Hedgehogs! Furry little things and there's that popular blue anthropomorphic hedgehog too.
Damn, Russell Peters is one funny guy. People who are enjoying his jokes, when the jokes are on them in the first place. And isn't that what stand-up comedy is really all about?
Funny, funny guy...Rated 18, but funny.
